I liked the relaxing nature of it. And one thing I learnt from this program is that before you move a cedi or a dollar in trying to acquire a property, land, or anything, you need to first speak to the right people.
You need to speak to an architect, a quantity surveyor, a legal professional, a bank, or someone who can give you the right advice.
You don’t go ahead and waste your money before you realize it’s too late.

What I have learnt is that, in acquiring a property or land, you should do your due diligence.
It is not enough to conduct a search only at the Lands Commission. You should further conduct a search at the Court Registry and also at the Collateral Registry.
